Please take note that with immediate effect, you are NO longer required to submit original claim documents for payment processing. Document uploaded via Merimen System is sufficient.

However, please ensure the uploaded documents are of high quality as this is important for our claims processing.

You are required to keep all original documents for a minimum period of 6 years from the date of claim intimation in Merimen System for audit purposes. Your cooperation to ensure that these documents are safely kept in a fire proof location for the stated duration is really appreciated.

We reserve the right to request the original documents at anytime if the need arises.

Please be informed that with effect from 09/06/2014, all windscreen claims are to be submitted in merimen system.
 
Please take note of the requirement below:-
 
1.      Document to be scanned and uploaded in merimen:-
-  Duly completed windscreen claim form and signed by insured
-  Copy of Insured/Driver Identity card or Driving license
-  Original bill
-  Photo of damaged windscreen (Before and After windscreen replacement) or Police report
 
2.      Do not send the original hardcopies of windscreen document to us.
         You are required to keep the original hardcopies for a period of 7 years.
         We reserve the right to request for such document from you should the need arises.
 
3.      For your convenience, we list below the identities of all our branches code which helps you to identify the branch code in either covernote no.
         or policy no. for your claim submission in merimen.
         This will also help the respective branch to receive and process the claim as soon as possible if the branch code is correctly routed to them.
